Computer Recycling

Computer recycling:

A simple way to help the environment.

The most amazing thing your computer will ever do could happen after you unplug it for the last time.
Because when you donate your computer—or almost any computer peripheral—to Goodwill, you will help people in our community while you help the environment, too.
Goodwill is a partner in the Dell Reconnect residential computer recycling program. Here’s how it works:
1. Find out if your computer equipment is acceptable. You can donate almost any kind of computer or computer peripheral, in almost any condition. If you’re not sure about an item, call us at 1-800-Goodwill (1-800-466-3945) and ask.
2. Drop off your computer or peripheral. Just drive up to one of our Goodwill stores, and we will help you to unload your equipment.
3. Your computer will be recycled.
It’s totally free to donate your computer and peripherals through the Dell Reconnect program. And you will get a receipt for tax purposes.
What’s more, that old equipment of yours will serve a meaningful purpose by helping people overcome barriers to independence.
Have questions about donating your computer? Call us at 1-800-Goodwill (1-800-466-3945).
